Ideal Candidate:
🔹 Qualifications: A/L with proficiency in English
🔹 Age: Over 18 years
🔹 Language Skills: English and Sinhala/Tamil (all three is a plus)
🔹 Technical Skills: Office software, social media, basic Canva
🔹 Leadership: Proven school-level leadership
